Wonderful modern and compact colt. He is out of Vagabond de la Pomme, an excellent performer who shone under the saddle of Penelope Leprevost. Vol au Vent z’s dam, who has competed up to 1.30m level, has three full brothers who have competed in the 1.40m-1.45m classes and a full sister who has already produced four horses who jump 1.40m-1.45m, as well as a uterine sister who has produced three horses in 1.45m-1.50m categories. Her second dam, Etoupe II, was French champion in the 5- and 6-year-olds as well as having competed at 1.50m level.
