This very attractive yearling gelding is a half-sibling to the Young Horse World Championships Finalist and 2024 Para-Olympic Medalist Vianne (Vitalis). The dam to Frostbyte and Vianne is the super producing mare Raureif (Ramiro’s Bube-DeNiro), who was bred by Catherine Haddad and stems from the well-known Abita/Elfen damline. Raureif has produced a number of Inspection Top Foals, Gold Medal Foals, a Premium Eligible mare, and two Devon/USDF Foal Champions.
Frostbyte’s sire is Blue Hors Farrell who was a very successful CDI small-tour horse and has been a popular breeding stallion in Europe for many years. He is known for giving an excellent type, beautiful eye and expression, a nice front leg, and really good character and rideability.
Frostbyte is registered with the Hanoverian Society, is microchipped, and has his USEF Lifetime number and USEF National Passport. He’s well-handled and a confident young horse that is happily growing up in a small herd currently. His elegant type was praised at his foal inspection and he only grows more attractive as he matures. He’s sure to make a special competition partner that will catch everyone’s eye in the coming years.
