Tess is a sporty and talented pony looking for a FEI pony rider or more experienced amateur who enjoys a forward pony to get into the show ring or just have fun with. Very easy on the bit, excellent lateral work and very straightforward to ride. She is on the hotter sensitive side so not for a timid or beginner rider. About as easy as they come in the contact, nice to sit, and good off the leg. Naturally very balanced and light in self carriage. No buck or rear but very energetic. She has scores to 70% at second level and FEI ponies. Changes are started but not confirmed, sometimes comes with a hop through it. Lots of talent for collection and also schools pirouettes and very good half passes at both trot and canter. Tess is entered into the main mare book with the Weser Ems German riding pony registry and produced a premium colt this spring so had a few months off. She went happily back to full work 2 months ago and loves to have a job and show off. On the ground Tess is very sweet and easy to tie, trailer, and work around. Loves to ride out in the feild as well. Has not needed any maintenance or supplements and is currently barefoot. Tess is an easy keeper with excellent ground manners and currently lives out with another mare. I look forward to riding Tess each day and think she has lots of potential to move up the levels. Has also been used a few times a month for lesson pony with teens and AA riders.. More video to come this week.
