A pedigree aimed for the upper levels, three high-quality paces, and a superb character, make Denmark a top young stallion. Denmark’s first competition season in 2023 included a trip to the US Young Horse Championships, a 4th place ranking nationally for USEF 4-Year Olds, and earning highlight scores of 8 for walk and rideability at his Stallion Sport Test. Denmark easily stepped up to the FEI 5-Year Old classes in 2024, earning an 8th place finish at the US Young Horse Championships and scored easily in the 70’s in all First Level tests.
Denmark’s sire Desperado was successful from the FEI Young Horse tests to Grand Prix CDIs with scores as high as 85%. Desperado has made a significant mark as a sire, with many approved sons and multiple FEI competitors to his credit. Denmark’s dam Uforia was a successful Grand Prix horse and an exceptional producer including the approved stallion Louisville, a Premium daughter, and her oldest offspring is winning at the FEI levels. Damsire Negro is one of the most proven sires for his record of Grand Prix offspring.
2024 brought the arrival of Denmark’s first foals and we are thrilled with the quality of his foals from a diverse selection of pedigrees and types. The elasticity and quality of gaits is excellent, and the type shows an influence of the Vivaldi blood on his sire’s side. Denmark has multiple AHS Gold Medal Foals already to his credit and breeders have given us excellent feedback on their offspring.
