From an exceptional mare and a well-proven bloodline nick, Louisville HTF is already proving his own talent in sport and as a sire. Completing his lifetime approval through the NASST, Louisville was rewarded with scores as high as 9.0 for his canter and rideability and an 8.5 for his trot. Louisville has been Champion of the US Dressage Finals and a USDF All-Breeds Awards winner. In 2024, Louisville placed 7th place overall at the USEF National Young Horse Championships and moved up to Intermediate I at the end of the season.
Louisville’s sire, Lord Leatherdale has sired Young Horse World Champions and international Grand Prix horses. Louisville’s dam was a successful Grand Prix horse and an exceptional producer with 2 licensed stallions, a premium mare, and her oldest offspring winning at Grand Prix. Her sire Negro is one of the most proven sires for production of Grand Prix offspring. The Lord Leatherdale-Negro combination is a particularly proven nick which includes Olympic medalists Glamourdale and Everdale.
Louisville has multiple Premium and Gold Medal Foals to his credit and his offspring have earned top placings in the USDF Breeders Championships. His oldest foalcrop was started undersaddle in 2024 and have proven to inherit their sire’s intelligence and rideability.
