Description
‘Ransom CCE’, sweet 2 yo gelding by L Primo DG out of Trakehner mare Finery (by Stiletto).
Ransom is an athletic boy with very balanced, spacious and powerful gaits. He will excel in different disciplines with his breeding, he is a nice allround sporthorse with a friendly, uncomplicated temperament. He is also social to other horses and loves to snuggle with his people. We expect Ransom to mature around 16.2/ 16.3 hh.
Ransom’s sire L Primo is a beautiful licensed KWPN-NA stallion, bred and owned by Willy Arts of DG Bar Ranch in California. L Primo is showing huge talent for collection and did a wonderful NASST last year: he became the West Coast champion.
Ransom’s dam Finery was bred by Jean Brinkman at Valhalla in Florida from a strong line of Grand prix athletes. Her sire Stiletto himself has a fantastic mind, competed at Grand prix himself, but also performed well in eventing and jumping. He is still sound and strong at 26.
Ransom is handled frequently and up to date on farrier and all things necessary. He lives out in the young horse pasture and ready for his new home. He can also be boarded with us until he’s ready to be started. We offer training to start young horses as well. With our Summer Sale going on, we have a super good price on Ransom!
