How do Featured Ads work?
The functionality of Featured Ads works as follows:
- Active Subscription Required: To access the forms and create a Featured Ad, you must first have an active subscription.
- One-Time Additional Payment: After creating your ad, you’ll need to make a one-time additional payment to feature it. This allows your ad to stand out with increased visibility.
- Visibility Linked to Subscription: Your Featured Ad will remain visible and highlighted as long as your subscription is active. If your subscription expires, the ad will no longer be visible until the subscription is reactivated.

What should I do if I encounter a technical issue?
If you experience a technical issue, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. If the problem persists, reach out to support with details.

What can I manage from My Account?
From the “My Account” section, you can view and manage all your ads and subscriptions. This includes editing, deleting, renewing, and tracking analytics for your ads, as well as managing your subscription plans.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.
How do I create an account?
Click on “Sign Up” at the top of the homepage, fill out the registration form, and confirm your email address.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. Your ads will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
How is billing handled?
Billing is automated for subscriptions. You will be charged at regular intervals (e.g., monthly, annually) based on your plan.
