Description
Hotstreak CF, ‘Holden’: 17h 2012 Hanoverian gelding by Hotline/Rotspon. Holden has an incredible and consistent show record, racking up wins both in hand as a young horse and under saddle. In 2015 he won all his under saddle classes at Dressage at Devon including the Hanoverian IBC class and he earned the Three Year Old Prospect Championship for highest average scores over several classes. His success continued onto the Florida circuit in 2016 where he has consistently scored in the high 70’s at Training level, winning the Adequan High Score award at GDF 3 and earning scores up to 77% from multiple judges at different shows. Holden has qualified for the USDF Regional Championships every year he has been competing. He also qualified for and attended the prestigious USEF/Markel Young Horse Dressage Championships in Illinois as both a four and a five year old. Most recently Holden was the 2019 Third level Horse of the Year for the American Hanoverian Society with scores regularly into the 70s. In 2020 he has continued his competitive success by earning scores in the 70% in his first year at Fourth level. He has also competed in the Developing Prix St Georges tests, all in a snaffle. He has recently been started in a double and is schooling half steps and the beginnings of one tempis. He will undoubtedly be a top class Grand Prix horse.
Holden is extremely good-natured and uncomplicated both on the ground and under saddle. He is a low maintenance type and is very easy to get along with. He has no vices, health, or soundness issues and would be very suitable for an AA or professional aiming for the FEI rings. FEI young rider / U25 A super quality young horse for a rider with an eye to the international rings.
