Description

“Nash” is truly one in a million, and I have nothing but amazing things to say about this gentleman. I purchased and imported Nash approximately two years ago (2021) as a just backed three year old from Holland. I opted to import him as a stallion due to his bloodlines and demeanor, and he has shown me that he has the mind to handle being a stallion, making him a great candidate to be approved with the KWPN or OLD. Nash’s bloodlines truly need no introduction, and his good looks, temperament, and gaits will no doubt make him an FEI horse for any type of rider.
I restarted Nash January 2022 after giving him about six months of no work to allow him to grow into his long legs, and he went back to work no questions asked. I sold Nash in June 2022, and due to buyer circumstances not working out, he has come back to my facility very recently, unfortunately to be resold. As much as I would love to keep him for myself since he is back in my life, my hands are full with my own horses already.
Nash has great confirmation, clear and uphill gaits, correct joint articulation (which will make a lovely passage and piaffe), willing character, comfortable gaits, ease of ability and collection, and very well balanced over his topline and in straightness. He truly is one of the easiest young horses I’ve had the pleasure of training, and is always seeking to please. He has the expression and talent for a pro or ambitious AA/Jr, but also the sweet personality and easy demeanor for someone less ambitious wanting more of a “pocket pony” type. Half the time I forget he’s a stallion due to his personality and how easy going he is. Don’t let his height fool you, he believes he is a Labrador puppy and can fit in your lap! Nash is solid first level, is almost confirmed second level, and starting changes due to his easy balance in the canter. He has been started slowly and not pushed due to his size and wanting to prolong his career.
Good to load, haul, bathe, clip, LOVES to be groomed and will quite literally stand tied all day hoping for a brush, good for vet, farrier, can live next to a gelding no problem. UTD on dental, vaccines. X rays on file from import in 2021, new PPE welcome at buyer’s expense. Can be gelded after signed sale contract. Just above mid f-i-v-e figures, below value due to motivated circumstances.
Ride in video is from 4/6/23 (rider in video is 5’9″).
Hack 4/6/23 included as additional video.
I have lots of videos and pictures from the first year I owned him before he was sold for serious inquiries.
