Luka aka Loverboy is a 2016 registered Oldenburg 16.1h gelding by Londonderry. Shown Training/ First level this year with all scores in the 70’s. Schooling Second/ some Third. Shows ability for collected work. Has offered clean flying changes. Lovely mover, comfortable gaits, sensitive but sane. Enjoys hacking (solo or with friends, open fields or through the woods), obstacle challenges, cavaletti, ground work and shoulder scratches! Gets along well with others for turnout. Sound, no vices. Goes in two front shoes.
Luka has just the right balance of athleticism and sensibility. He is best suited for a confident amateur in a program, a talented young rider, or a professional moving up the levels. He deserves someone who can give him their full attention.
He was imported by an AA who adores him ( and has struggled with this decision for over a year) but has come to the conclusion that at this stage in her life, she is not the correct match for a younger athletic type. He is not a naughty type at all, but needs someone who is able to give him confidence and help bring out his best!
